When you come for your appointment at our Cairns Gastroenterology practice, PLEASE REMEMBER to bring the following:

• Medicare, Veteran Affairs or AGED pensioner card/s

• Referral letter from your GP or medical specialist

• Your Private Health insurance membership card (if any)

• Copies of relevant records/results from other clinics (if any)
